FAQ

Everything at Brooklyn Vibes is printed to order by a one-person label. Here's the stuff people actually ask.

How does sizing run?

It depends on the shirt — and every product page has a full size chart with measurements. The quick version: the Essential Tee runs slimmer (a modern retail fit); the Hecho and New York Graphic tees are a classic, roomier cut; the Doodle and Garment-Dyed tees are relaxed; the crewnecks are classic with room to layer. The most reliable trick: lay a shirt you own flat, measure across the chest, and compare it to the chart on the page.

When will my order arrive?

Everything is printed when you order it — there's no warehouse shelf. Production takes a few business days, and most orders ship within 5–7 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment yours ships.

Why made to order?

Less waste, no deadstock, and every design can stay available without us guessing sizes. It costs you a few days of patience; it keeps a small label honest.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Every piece is made to order for a one-person label, so we can't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind — please lean on the size charts; they're exact. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just wrong, email brooklynvibesshop@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Anything else goes sideways? Email us anyway — a human reads it, and we'll do our best.

What's the fabric like?

Tees range from a lightweight 4.2 oz ring-spun cotton (Essential) to a sturdy 5.3 oz classic cotton (Hecho, New York Graphic) to a heavyweight 6.1 oz garment-dyed cotton (Doodle, Garment-Dyed) that feels broken-in from day one. Crewnecks are an 8 oz cotton/poly fleece. Each product page lists its exact fabric.

How do I keep the print looking good?

Wash inside-out, cold, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Don't iron the print.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it's going.

How do gift cards work?

Delivered by email, usable on anything in the store. Forward the email to whoever you're gifting it to.

Who's behind Brooklyn Vibes?

A small independent label out of Brooklyn — streetwear with a media streak, printed to order. East Coast answer to a West Coast question.
